What's going on with Kai Greene's lawsuit and whats up with the video timing??

Kai has a hearing on October 8th according to this legal document:

Kai posted this! video which he starts by saying "sometimes you gotta bite back. When it bites you, you gotta bite harder and sometimes you gotta just be able to weather the storm". He looks very focused and almost worried at the beginning of the video so I think that he was expecting for it to hit the fan at some point.
