Messaging app missing on new build (10536)

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I updated to thew new build, then did a hard reset. After updating all my apps I suddenly noticed that I had no messaging app.

I'm currently forced to use the still-buggy skype messaging beta in order to have any app that takes and sends texts.
