Super helpful tip working towards saving/killing chars

Hey all, so i discovered this after i accidentally killed a character and it was near the end of the game... at that point i would try anything and i wouldn't want to restart from earlier in the game just to rerun through the game again. Basically right as i lost the character, whether its a dont move scene or i fail the QTE, hit START right away and then bring up your ps4 menu to close application. Reboot until dawn and you should start at the checkpoint RIGHT before the QTE/ event where you lost your char or saved your char (if you wanted to kill the char but lived instead haha).

Especially the last chapter....... for some reason i couldnt do a specific Dont Move part and kept dying over and over again. good thing as soon as i saw red, reset!
