Nvidia just released GeForce Experience Early Access Share Beta - It is amazing. "Latency free" steaming and co-op over internet.
The latency obviously can't go below ping, physics are a bitch. But there is little to no overhead beyond ping.
My friend and I tested it using Rocket League, I launched it in fullscreen (currently limited to fullscreen) Hit Alt-Z and clicked Stream > copy invite URL ... Gave him the URL, he installed a chrome extension/app in like 5 seconds, connected his controller and we played split screen. He doesn't need to own the game, it just simulates you being present.
As the host you can choose between, no guest input, guest inputs as me, or guest inputs as a secondary player. This makes it useful for just one on one streaming with no latency, playing co-op games, and even just trying a game your friend has, or provide/receive help with a game.
For a beta, very impressive.
