Riven not disabled in EUNE, also bug with team builder masteries.

So as you can see in this screenshot: http://imgur.com/tDhrlyF it says that riven was disabled, but apparently she wasn't and the enemy top laner was able to play her for some reason. I was getting ready to queue up for team builder and i was chosing my masteries and just before i went to queue i checked one of my friends's accounts masteries and i went in to search for team. When i found one we were all ready but just as it said the game was starting i saw something odd about my masteries. They werent mine they were my friends's and they were totally different than mine. After the game i tested it out and i was able to reproduce it 10/10 times and its really annoying bug.
