About Alex Hirsch...

If it wasn't for Alex, I wouldn't be posting on this sub right now; I wouldn't be sitting next to my Bill Cipher plushie, glancing at my Gravity Falls poster by my bed, have my Dipper cosplay hanging in my closet, or have had the chance to meet some amazing people through the fandom.

I'm sure atleast some of you feel the same way as me, and would want to help Alex in any way possible, yeah?

Well, I've noticed over a while now that Alex has seemed somewhat down. I know he and his girlfriend broke up, and I've always seen some somewhat troubling tweets. He's under a lot of stress, it seems, with not very much sleep. I know he recieves tons of fanmail daily (I've actually sent him something before) but I thought it might be sweet if we as a fandom could all pitch in and send him something, sort of as a group project.

One idea I had, was that I could recreate Journal #3, but on the pages, have comments that you all leave for him, thanking him for his creavitivity and all he's done for the show/you. If anyone else happens to be interested/have other ideas for what we could add to the package, please let me know.

I've just seen some people give Alex grief from time to time, but I'd love to remind him of all the positive aspects of the fandom, and how much we appreciate and love him for all he does.
