Did I release a demon?

I lost an entire sheet of Top gear uk recently it was driving my brother crazy and none of us even got to touch it. I was forced to sacrifice it in the ocean and it was quite an empowering feeling though still kind of sad about it :( Did I release an angel or a demon? My brother still thinks he's the anti christ
