Good Light Level for Heroic Strike?

Besides the recommended light level of 260, in your opinion. What is the lowest possible light level that will be good enough to complete the strike without getting slapped around? I have a light level of only 236 and am able to look for a match, but I don't want to drag my team down because of my low light level.
