Ancient Gavel drop rate

Is it possible that they have adjusted the drop rate of ancient Gavel. I have got more than 20 normal ones (from loots, update from rare and reforge). I found it ridiculous. I know somebody will say I exaggerate, but I am telling the truth. Since last weekend, I did nothing else but to collect materials for upgrading and reforging. It is not fun anymore.

EDIT: got another 2 normal ones tonight, plus some rubish weapons from rare update. let's see when i will be lucky.

Edit 2: another 2 normal this morning. Will continue this evening

Edit 3: made 6 last night, all normal ones. this is ridiculous and funny. i am out of DBs, bounties materials and souls. tonight i need to focus on either farming or bounties to get more materials.
