[Question] How do you prioritize +

So I have a +30 Tama sitting in my box not doing a lot (just continually feed the random +1s I get (got the idea from here so assuming others do something similar). I have a few decent leaders I'm trying to build up to proceed into Descends and Late-Mid game: LMeta, Urd, U&Y (see box if I'm missing any stand-outs).

Of those 3, I have the most experience with the healer team so Meta is where I'm leaning, but been told amazing things about U&Y and Urd. Just curious how you end-gamers do it (aside from farm to a +297 Tama) and what a few of you might recommend?
