CTD soon after new game

I was getting a lot of ctds for a lot of things i was doing in my regular save so i though it was because of all the loost scripts still in the save from removing and adding mods so I tried to start a new game but every time I start a new game it will load then maybe 10-20 seconds later i get a CTD without any error in the log file. and yes I have my mods sorted with loot and I cleaned the mods that needed cleaning. And I am using alternate start but i was getting ctd like this in certain areas in my other game i would fast travel somewere then some little time later it would ctd. Sometimes it just crashes on the loading screen for a new game.
