How do I practice entry fragging?

I'm Nova Master and aside from teams not knowing what shift is and people that use 6 sens. with 500 dpi, I feel like this is the one thing I really need to work on in order to go to the next level. Are there good maps for this? Good modes? How did you get better at entry fragging? Any tips/feedback would be awesome!
