Help with picking an ancient BulKathos weapon please.

hey.

trying to pick between an ancient BK warrior blood that i found like a week ago, and the two i was lucky enough to find yesterday.

the one I'm currently using:

1557 - 1931 dmg (rerolled, was near minimum before) / 870 str / 890 vit / 23% area dmg / gifted for the socket

the first new one:

1500 - 1824 dmg / 920 str / 5% increased attack speed / 1100 life per fury spent

the second new one:

1510 - 1844 dmg / 920 str / 940 vit / socket

I'm new to barb (had never played one until like 2 weeks ago) so really unsure what to prioritize.. should probably mention that I'm playing a regular 6 piece waste build. I've heard max weapon damage is king.. but I've also heard that both cooldown reduction and area damage are actually preferable to a 10% damage roll.. so any insight would be greatly appreciated.

i should probably mention what my solemn vow is rolled like, in case it makes a difference.

1555 - 1931 dmg / 10% dmg (rerolled) / 950 str / 980 vit
