Responsibilities

• Administrative duties and recordkeeping

• Onboarding and Off boarding process for Data Departement

• procurement of devices for Data Departement

• prepare expense claims, and admin questions pertaining to HR benefits for each individual members at Data Departement

Requirements

• Having good initiatives and networking through excellent database

• Having at least 1 years as GA/Freshgraduate

• Active and good communication skill

• Can work under pressure

• Fluent in English both active and passive

• Hardworker

• Can work within tight deadline
