Code 43 USB not recognised

Hi everyone,

So I have a major problem with my pc. Everytime I plug any USB device into the machine I get the USB not recognised error message. This is with all USB devices; flash drives, external hard drives, webcams, game controllers etc.

But the wierd thing is that my mouse and keyboard work perfectly fine. I can unplug them and plug them in again and the machine recognises them and they work. If it helps the mouse is a razer ouroboros and the keyboard is a steelseries 6GV2.

I have tried almost everything to fix it; deleted and reinstalled USB drivers, unplugged the power, cleaned the registry, updated the bios and yesterday I removed the cmos battery in order to reset everything.

Nothing has worked.
