Can't access bios

I have the problem that i cant access the bios of my pc. when the prompt shows "press delete to enter setup" i can press whatever i want and it still boots into windows 10. i tried everything i found to solve this problem including booting into recovery mode, turning off fastboot in windows settings etc.

i have a MSI z97S sli krait edition motherboard, and am running W10 Pro
