Decks to use every rank

I'm working on a pet project to make a toolbox deck for every rank. Rank 4s are easy and I got at least 4 already... But I'm wondering what the best (budget) decks are for every rank.

Ideas I havemonsters

1- cloudians maybe? Or possible a level 1 spam deck?

Rank 2- level 2 beasts, they're pretty obvious

Rank 3- BA might become my choice for this, depending how far Dante drops post tins (or if I pull another as I already have 1) but short of that I have no clue

Rank 4- take your pick, I currently am using clownblade for my rank 4.dek of choice

Rank 5- artifacts, constellars and vampires are all I can think of, not sure how cheap the first 2 are though

Rank 6- hazy flame and heratics? Any others?

Rank 7- besides red-eyes, is there a rank 7 deck that's viable. I'm not really interested in shelling out for black stones at the moment

Rank 8- galaxy and blue eyes? I heard they're both cheap

Rank 9- what on earth can even make rank 9s? Why are these a thing?

Rank 10- besides trains, which are a ocg exclusive archetype... I don't know of any deck that can reliably make rank 10s

Rank 11- not possible as there is only 1 rank 11, and it is a cxyz.

Rank 12- again only one, and it is made by overlaying 2 xyz monsters

Does anyone have any suggestions for what I could do for the different ranks? 1, 3, 7, 8, 9, and 10 especially I need help with
