[EU4] First steps as a Native American tribe?

I've played a bit of CK2 and did the EUIV tutorial, I've kind of got an idea of what to do. But it seems like there is nothing to do at the start as a Native American tribe. I must be missing something, just wondering what it is I need to do to get to colonists so I can start expanding.
