Windows 8.1 loading Kodi on startup, any way to hide Windows while it loads?

I don't mind the computer showing Windows 8.1 booting up, but I was wondering if there was a way to hide the desktop, taskbar etc. while waiting for Kodi to load?

I'm currently launching it through the Startup folder in the old Start Menu folder system, perhaps there is another way to load it, sooner, so that less or none of the desktop appears?
