I wouldn't buy the Marauder if you want a good mech....

I don't wanna rain on the fanboy parade but yeah its probably gonna be pretty bad.

It looks like its going to suffer from the king crab problem, namely those arms arnt going to block damage to the STs at all, and the design of the torso means big side torsos. which means no XL

Its also going to suffer from hunchback syndrome, with the ballistics (and most of the firepower) in one easy to hit torso. with no CT weapons knock out that right side and ur screwed.

with standard engines ur limited to what? Gauss and ml builds or 2 AC5 and ml builds. that's not a lot of firepower. combined with a squishy torso its not gonna be able to dish it out or take any either.
