[EVENT] Acarian Knowledge Centralization Effort

Even though Acaria has always been a technocracy in name, it has been more like a oligarchy ever since the arks landed on Texel island. Gathering knowledge becomes a distant thought, when your next meal and sleeping place are still unknown. Even when the times weren't always as dire as that, the focus was more on expanding and solidifying the base of power.

With the country being more and more stable, the Council has decreed that every major city will have a center of scholarship. The centers will be on the forefront of every major scientific area and serve as a place were everybody with the smarts can become part of the nations elite.
