TTK PS4 swapping issues.

I decided to buy a PS4 off of my cousin, who had pre-ordered the white special edition PS4 and got it today. Well he got a digital copy of the taken king and he sold me his old hard copy as well.

He still had his profile on the old PS4 and I started playing destiny on my profile before I took his off. Would me have doing that altered any of the items he gets from his digital edition because I only had a package at the tower which has a level up token and I got an exotic mark for my Titan character.

Any inside would be appreciated, thanks.
