Should I go to hospital?

I work asphalt construction in 30C heat for about 6 hours. Heavy UV rays n no hat. It's 230 am here and this headache that is causing me to cry and moan has gotten very bad, I am in so much pain I've never felt b4. It's hurt since 430 and made me depressed?? Flushed face also

At around 130 it got 10x worse to th point of me screaming

I tried q cold shower, Tylenol 3 and lots of water. My muscles r weak n my eyes hurt and I'm very hot? No fever. Tension all over my traps/neck. Light hurts n I can barely type this.

It's like pressure against in my face/sinus/eye sockets. Please any advice?

I'm 20 YO male very fit condition and no smoking. I took 30 mg adderal and .5 clonazepam daily

Had dry mouth all day and had hard time articulating a sentence as well
