Room for Rent in Denver!

Hey Denver people! My room mate just got an awesome job offer and is moving back to the east coast, so I have a room available in my cap hill apartment. Rent is 850 a month, the place is very nice and for that price is a great deal right now; but please note my landlord is probably gonna background test you. I'm a 22 year old college grad and would say I'm "pretty clean" and a super chill room mate. I love to partake in flower and concentrates in my free time, but between my hobbies and working 50hrs a week, I'm almost never just sitting on the couch.
