Need help with a live setup...

Hey guys,

This is my first post - sorry if I'm not doing things 'correctly'. I'm in an experimental hip-hop group. Basically, our setup would be: a drum kit, a guitar with pedal and stand-alone amplifier, and a laptop playing the backing track (minus vocals, the main drums but not percussion, and guitar parts) and a vocal mic connected to a simple mixer.

I'm asking for any help/feedback on this, as I have no real idea what a 'good' set up is!
