What to know for a basic IT tech job

I apologize if this is not the correct place to post this, and if so if someone could point me to a better subreddit that would be perfect.

I have an interview tomorrow morning for a very basic IT support job. I'm currently attending college at a University for a degree in computer science and the job is an on campus job, so I would be a student worker. From the description I saw, it seems like pretty simple stuff. Answering phone calls and troubleshooting, that sort of thing. I consider myself well versed in computers and computer programs, but I am still relatively new to the field, and I am worried that I won't be able to do some of the things required of me. I'm just wondering what some of the MUST KNOWS are for a job like this, and what sort of questions I can expect to be asked tomorrow. Thanks.

EDIT: Someone below asked for an update. It was a pretty standard interview. Most of the questions were pretty common for interviews. "What is your best quality?" "Describe a time that you had to deal with an angry customer." There were only a few computer related questions. "A customer calls and says their computer won't boot up. What steps would you take to solve this?" and "A customer calls and says their computer won't display a web page. What steps would you take to solve this?" They also asked what my favorite computer science class was, and what my most difficult computer science class was. That was pretty much it. Probably not the typical IT interview, but that was my experience.
