Please pray for my dog

Yesterday my dog collapsed, the vet has diagnosed him with Sarcoma skin tissue cancer. It is in multiple locations and surgery looks like the option of false hope. We've decided to keep him in the vet overnight, if his condition improves, we could move for surgery, if his condition worsens, we'll have to euthanize him.
