Looking for villas ideas in Europe for the summer of 2016

Hi r/Travel(ers), My family and I (16 pax + 2 babies) are starting to plan our vacation for the summer of 2016. We are looking through properties all around Europe and I'm hoping to get some helpful ideas here as to specific places. We are looking for a property which is comprised of at least two separate houses (nephews can be noisy...), has an operational kitchen, is close to the sea and/or has a pool and preferably is on the countryside. We are open to practically any country in Europe except for the Nordic states (nothing against the Nords of course, just a bit too far/expensive...).

Any ideas/recommendations? Thanks a lot, ILPPCDude.

p.s. I've been through all the major sites and the hardest part was finding a place which has separate buildings.
