I need a little bit of help.

Hello fellow masterracers, i recently ascended from a crappy pc to a new one. With the following specs:

ASRock 870 Extreme3 r2.0 Motherboard
Amd Phenom II x6 1055T Processor
EVGA GTX 570 Videocard
1TB HDD
6GB 1333Mhz DDR3 RAM
Cooler Master GX650w Power Supply

But i got a problem with the CPU, it gets extremely hot, when im doing nothing its around 40 degrees celcius and when my computer is multitasking it gets around 60-70 degrees celcius, Is this because i need to install drivers? do i need a better CPU fan? or do i need some more airflow in my case?
