Advice on what to hone

I'm using the CB Chernobog's scythe, full Chameleos armor and talisman gives me sharpness+1 and fortify. I put monsters to sleep about 2-3 times a quest and was wondering if I should hone for life or attack? Also is the gog CB worth it?

Edit- Went with attack hone being that I'm mostly in SnS mode. It has greatly decreased my hunting time. Thank you all for helping me on this decision.
