Describe your problem. List any error messages and symptoms. Be descriptive.

Occasional frame drops to sub 30 fps when running games like Saints Row IV, Payday 2 and Advanced Warfare. The game settings are usually optimized by Nvidia Experience suite (I don't really know much about each setting so I prefer to let nVidia handle it) and I notice that most games are set at either high or Ultra. Anyway at 1920 X 1080 resolution I was honestly expecting to maintain 144 fps even with the newer games. Do I need to re-align my expectations?

I am not sure if this is relevant or not but I was playing COD-AW a few days ago and the game went down all the way to 1 fps. Checked out the performance monitor and noticed that it was using 98% of my RAM; may have been a memory leak in the game. It hasn't happened again.

  • CPU stays at around 50 - 60 degrees
  • GPUs go to around 70 - 80 degrees when playing games

List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.

  • Just made sure SLI - was active

Thanks all.
