CDR on Vlad?

Recently picked up Vlad and I've been having really fun with him. However, my runes are currently: 3 Ap quints, 9 Magic pen marks, 9 armor yellows, 6 cdr blues (5% cdr) and 3 MR blues. Im just messing around with runes atm and I feel like the CDR really helps his early game. All and all I get 10% Cdr lvl 1.

Thoughts from any experienced vlad players/experienced players in general.
