Trying to get a snapshot of a drive before I start rearranging itmes

Long story short, I've got tons of external HDDs with my data, and I'm finally getting the time to organize all the data through them.

But before I start I wanted to get a snapshot of the file directory and the contents (not the files themselves, just what the drive looks like).

Screenshotting every folder is cumbersome, and I'm wondering if there is a faster way.
