Why are we even allowed to talk to the enemy team?

If riot is really serious about cutting down on toxicity, just remove all chat. League of legends is anywhere near as competitive as games like CSGO to really thrive on having the ability to talk to the enemy team. If trash talk is really that condemning to riot, just remove the ability all together.
