[DIPLOMACY] FDS Proposes LEAP to Fellow American Nations,

The Federation of Dixon States would like to invite diplomats from the numerous American successors to Cape Canaveral, Florida to discuss the launching of:

#The League of Extranational Aeronautical Pioneers ~ LEAP

LEAP would be a joint effort by the American successors to develop, construct, launch and maintain spacecraft in a cooperative, nonmilitary manner. It would allow for a greater allocation of resources to scientific growth and insure that America, while no longer a single nation, party or state, will still remain the leader when it comes to advancing the human race.

We see competition amongst ourselves as a necessity of course, and in no way want to diminish that. Instead, we propose a contract system, through which corporations and space agencies may submit plans and prototypes to be adopted by LEAP as a whole. This would allow for competition amongst ourselves while ensuring that the finished product is the best we have to offer.

While the specifics are not in order, we invite other nations and diplomats to make suggestions or voice concerns over the project.
