Can someone explain me how I do damage with the Whirlwind build?

With full waste setup, with rampage and taeguk going up to full stacks and insanity/hexing pants my sheet dps is at 4.8 million with all buffs. I wanted to try it in tX and while I do not die I simply do no damage. The dust devils spread around like crazy but I keep spinning and nothing dies, except some 0% progression guys. (Taeguk/pain/stricket) all over 50.

Is there a specialty how I need to move or pull mobs? Or do I need area damage?

I cannot show my profile, since I logged out with my Gravel Build, which does not suffer from the zdps problem
