Blocked Account SkyWarBlade

I need your help. I started playing summoners war last monday. Just a day was able to level up to 11. I got good monster and boost their level thru power ups. I even purchased package to summons good monsters.. just as today 3 pm Philippine time i cant log in anymore. Any help please email me @ ianrafisura@gmail.com. Please and it says i was blocked from the servers..Why?? I am just new with the game hoping to catch up with my friends playing with it. I didnt cheat nor do violations. And i just enjoyed the game. Please help me with this..anyone.. I really dont know what to do.. I just followed the links. Can you help me..please..
