What is the best practice for YAML front matter?

So I'm converting an old site of mine (basically a directory/informtion about dogcare centers) to jekyll. I'm thinking about making every dogcare center a "post" and my question is really about what should go into the YAML front matter and what should go into the markdown text.

Example:

Dog care center in X

The dog care center is run by ..... and focus on ....

Phone: 64-5654656
Email: info@dogcare.com

Should I hardcode in things like phone and email in the posts or should I make them YAML front matter and add them through liqiud? It seems like it would be smarter to use YAML front matter for it but I was wondering if there is a reason not to put too much stuff in the front matter
