Son took a clothing hook to the eye this evening

He was bending down to grab a toy off a display at the store and there was a shirt hanging that covered the empty hook. His scream was horrendous. I can still hear it in my head. Ended up at urgent care and he has abrasions on his cornea and lower inner lid. We follow up with an ophthalmologist in the morning.

He is finally sleeping, now if only I could.
