Suggestions about Organizing/Managing&Preparing my New YT Channel

I'm about to start recording for my new yt channel (should start this weekend). It will be a let's play channel. So I already made the art channel (thinking of making a few adjustments to the logo), and I'm looking for tips on how to organize/manage&preparing the channel. As... is anything I need to do before starting, or content related etc etc, any tips. PS: Since is my first try I want be investing on the channel. So I will only use my new PC and I will play mostly free games, trying to add a little diversification to the channel, playing different styles, like LoL, Warframe, Total War (even new suggestions on new games would be great).
