Would you please help me with funeral photo for my uncle ?

Hello, I'd like to ask for help with retouching / fixing a photo for my uncle's funeral. I tried to scan it at highest dpi possible with my home scanner, but the photo is really old. Here's the two best tries.

I only need a cropped portrait of him from the right side, so we can have it printed. The funeral is in 24 hours, so it's a rush job.

Thanks anyone for trying.
