I just popped a vein in my neck and I don't know if I should go to the hospital. (Serious)

22/Male/5'8"/147 TL;dr at bottom Today was chest day and I hit a 1 RM of 190 on bench press. I was feeling fine and was ecstatic because I was trying to hit 170(which would've been my 1 RM). After BP, I continued with my workout moving onto tricep extensions and then going on to incline dumbbell press. Now mind you, all this time I am jacked on 1 1/2 scoops of C4 and I rarely(if ever) use pre-workout. I was just feeling extremely tired and my workout partner put some in a water bottle for me. So I start doing my set(50 lbsx8 or so) and I have some shoulder strain but thats nothing new. Then on my second set at 55 this when I feel a abnormality on the left side of my neck. On the 5th rep or so, I felt one veins fill up with an air bubble or something similar. I go for one more rep and feel the same thing, there wasn't really too much pain but instead just a little discomfort. On the third set my left shoulder gave out on the first rep. I do 2 more chest tri exercises and finish with two ab workouts. During these workouts I felt a discomfort in my neck the entire time. After I'm done I go home, eat, and shower. Its about 5 or so hours since the initial incident and the left-back side of my neck is swollen. I tried googling my symptoms and its either an aneurysm, a hemorrhaging stroke, or a broken blood vessel, but I'm not sure. My question is whether or not I should go to the hospital because it has already been 5+ hours since it happened and I'm not dead yet. I'm afraid I might be slowly dying because the popped vein is causing internal bleeding, but it hasn't gotten to a critical level yet. I don't really have any pain just the left-back part of my neck is swollen and sort of numb. The only reason I am hesitating going to the ER is because I don't have insurance and I can't afford to pay for healthcare unless it is immediately life threatening. I admit I am very stressed and have or am at risk for hypertension according to a test I took at school a while back. I am not writing this to be lectured or belittled about not visiting the doctor regularly or not having insurance or caring about my health. There are certain life circumstances that have placed me in the predicament I am in and I have chosen to make the choices I have. I know taking care of my health is important, but shit happens. All I want to know is if anyone has had this happen to them before and whether or not it will go away with time or it is incredibly serious and I should book it to the ER. Again it has been 5 hours. TL;dr I popped a vein in my neck and now its swollen, but its been 5 hours. Should I go to the ER or wait it out because it will heal? Edit: I understand all of your concerns but once again it has been 6 hours and I don't really have have the time or the money to devote to going to the hospital immediately unless it is absolutely necessary. There is a free health center at my school I believe and I will be there in about 5 hours or so so I'm thinking I can wait.
