So I just met Code Talker. [MGSV spoilers maybe]

Quiet is STILL WORKING FOR CIPHER or Skull Face. She infected the Mother Base didn't she? Fuck you Quiet! I saw the old mans eyes turn to dark just like yours. So Maybe Quiet is working for Skull Face because he's the one who forced the Code Talker to modify the parasite so they would kill those infected. Don't know how Quiet hasn't died from the infection but those female skulls turned invisible just like Quiet can, so maybe Quiet a skull that has infiltrated Diamond Dogs.

Now this is all just speculation of course. But the MGS story in the whole seems so intriguing that I gotta learn it from all the games in the series.
