Diagnosis please.

So this usually dosent happen frequently but when it does its at night and when I'm on my phone. Everything seems out of proportion my phone seems huge and everything I do, makes my body feel like I'm giant. My breath shortens, my heart rate races. And noises get quieter but my thoughts get louder. This has happened before, I can't explain the feeling, but it's not right. When I'm trying to type this it seems like I'm, the room seems bigger than what it was before. It gets worse the more I type, I'll try to go to bed now, I googled these things but I didn't get anything.

Edit: a distant memory (feeling)comes back when I've had this experience before only I had a extremely high fever and don't remeber what occurred but I remeber feeling like this.
