Looking for Advice to Deal with Withdrawal on Study Shifts

I know there is a lot of call to work out, and meditate. What other advice do people have for replacing PoMa behavior around studying. I have a bad habit of using it to regulate my attention throughout marathon study sessions. It works as long as I don't let it completely take over into a binge. Now when I am tired, I just want to eat, or play video games. Eating isn't enough of a mental reset, and video games has a way of taking over so I don't get back to my studying for too long. Anyone else deal with this? Suggestions? Specific exercises that are quiet?
