Anyone eles having this problem?

I got on the game for the first time in a few days, and after I press start on the title screen of the game it starts fine then when the main menu comes up. Their are no options to play matches, go to the options menu, etc.. all the options are gone. it's just the back round to the menu with no option to do anything. I've deleted the game and downloaded it but it still does this.
