Doing a study on how children use cryptocurrency. Got banned from /r/Bitcoin

We (as an absolutely nonprofit local bitcoin association) are doing a study (and associated research) on how today’s kids use Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. It will be one of the hottest topics at the „The Effects of the Media on Children and Young People” international conference at the end of September.

We’ve asked for help on r/Bitcoin and r/CryptoCurrency and got the link removed (I wrote "banned" before, but that's not the perfect word, I'm sorry for that, I'm not a native English speaker) without any reason.

Anyone has any idea what’s wrong with what we do…?

Bitcoin is the symbol of liberty and free speech. What the hell is going on?

UPDATE: the moderator says they removed it because they think we need to have the parents' consent to ask the opinion of the children. We do not agree with this, as we do not collect any specific personal data (no names, no addresses, no nick names, no IP adreesses, no e-mail addresses, etc), the survey is completely voluntary and anonymous. But, because of this, we put a legal note to the introduction of the survey. "LEGAL NOTE: This survey is voluntary, completely anonymous, and we do not collect any personal data. We do not think it needs any parental consent to fill out the survey but if your country's laws require that, please do not fill it out." You can find the survey here, we hope nobody has any problem with it now… https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1VS6mKHH_MPwPZH6o3mO6_ebxOVvxDCsjvuwmyxw63qk/viewform?usp=send_form

Furthermore: It's interesting that this post (which discusses the same topic) was not removed from /bitcoin in the past 2 years. I do not see any parental consents there. This was the post which I found last week through Google. I'm not a frequent Reddit user, that's the only reason why I came here to let people know about our survey... https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1m4jc4/how_many_kids_actively_use_bitcoin_andor_any/

UPDATE 2: We finished our study, but if you would like to share your story about using bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency as a minor, we are looking forward to hearing from you!
