Mods and eu4 converter.

I I imagine that a lot of mods other than the graphics mods will be incompatible with the converter. I wanna try out personal castles or maybe a few other mods but are they compatible?? I guess I might have to try them manually but if anyone knows anything useful in this regard tell me any info.
