In a regulated box mod containing 2 x 18650s rated at 20A, is it safe for me to go up to 30A or 40A?

For example, I have the Sigelei 100w with 2 x Samsung 25Rs. 1 25R is rated at 20A. Since the mod is using 2 of these, is it safe for me to assume that since both batteries are being used simultaneously I can push the batteries to 30 amps or 40 amps?

Reason for asking is I have the Smok TFV4 tank and I am currently vaping the 0.2ohm coil at 70-80 watts which is right on the supposed 20 amp limit with no issues. The second coil however is a 0.15 quad coil which would cause me to use more amps (25-30) if I were to use the same or higher wattage.

Please advise!
