Final got windows 10 SDK 0.7 working

After trying everything else posted on subreadit finally got it to work By disabling the Oculus server and running the service exe as administrator manually.

Seems the service on it's own errors with cannot start exe no user session, or something like that.

The symptoms were that everything install ok but the Oculus Util said it could not see the service. Check the service it was running but eventvwr said could not start exe. So started exe manually as administrator.
